For the Uzbek cuisine recipe radish salad, wash the radish, cut off the tails and cut into large strips.

Wash the onion, finely chop. Hard boil eggs, cool and peel.

In a deep bowl, mix the chopped radish, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper.

Boiled eggs will decorate the salad. Cut the eggs lengthwise, remove the yolk, and cut the protein into slices.
