Green buckwheat salad recipe
The green buckwheat salad recipe is quite quick and easy to cook. Wash all vegetables, remove seeds from sweet pepper, use purple onion, it is juicier and less bitter. Finely chop the prepared vegetables and mix with spices, if desired, add ground black pepper and salt.
Wash buckwheat and pour cold water. After 2-3 hours, green buckwheat will become soft, it can already be used, but you can soak it overnight.
Mix finely chopped vegetables and green buckwheat. Place green buckwheat salad over green leaves, top with sesame seeds or chia seeds.
