Lemon Jam – jam can actually be made from anything, if there is cone jam, why can't it be made from lemons. A cinnamon stick is used as an additional taste and aroma, you can also add vanilla or even a couple of coffee beans, of course coffee, as well as remove the cinnamon after cooking.

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for lemon jam is very simple. Cut off the zest from the lemon, only the top yellow layer does not cling to the white one. Cut part of the zest into thin strips, see which part for yourself, you can use one lemon, you can half or even the zest from all the lemons.

Then completely cut off the white layer of the peel from the lemon and cut out the slices. Place the cut slices without membranes in a blender and beat in mashed potatoes.

Pour lemon puree into a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon, add water, stir and put on low heat. Cook lemon jam until the liquid has halved in volume. After pouring into sterilized jars, cover with a lid and allow to cool, and then put in the refrigerator.
