Pear Confiture – a simple and very tasty recipe, confiture is well suited for pies, toasts. Store jam jars in a cool, dark place for about 2 months. After opening, store the jam in the refrigerator for 7 days.

Pears 1 kg
Sugar 200 g
Lemon 1 pcs
Rum 60 ml

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for pear confiture is very simple. Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Cut the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Pour chopped pears, lemon zest into a bowl with a thick bottom, pour in juice, pour in rum, add sugar, ground cinnamon and mix. Cover the pot with a lid and set aside for 30 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, put the pan with the pear and other products on a slow fire and cook, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes. When jam is ready, remove the lemon zest.
