Cold borscht with kefir – a Belarusian cuisine recipe, with the appearance of the first vegetables, you can cook a light borscht on kefir. Kefir must first be mixed with water to make the borsch more liquid. You can add any greens to kefir borsch – dill, parsley or cilantro. You can use assorted greens, it’s even tastier.
