To cook the recipe of the Belarusian cuisine caviar from herring, wash the carrots, cover with cold water and boil until soft. Before boiling, carrots can be peeled, and you can do this after boiling. In order for the structure of the herring caviar to be homogeneous, the oil must be softened, so it must be removed from the refrigerator in advance. In the meantime, while the carrots are cooking, you can prepare the herring. It is necessary to remove the skin from the herring, separate it from the ridge and remove, if possible, all the bones.

When the carrots are boiled and the herring is completely disassembled, mince all the products through a meat grinder with the addition of melted cheese. It is best to use a fine sieve in a meat grinder, so the bones that can be skipped will also be ground, and the structure of the herring caviar will be better, and the products will better combine into a single whole. Mix softened butter into minced products, transfer caviar from herring into a prepared dish - you can put appetizer caviar in the form fishes. Place the cooked herring caviar in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, and then decorate with parsley and serve.
