Gomel-style stuffed liver is a national dish of Belarusian cuisine, a wonderful appetizer for the festive table.

For the Gomel-style stuffed liver recipe, cut the liver into 0.5 cm layers. Also cut the bacon into layers and beat off 0.5 cm. Finely chop the onion and saute.
Put a layer of bacon on a layer of liver, onion on top, salt, pepper and wrap in rolls.
Tie the liver rolls with twine or thread, then lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Boil 1 liter of water in a saucepan, add carrots, parsley, onions, salt, you can add celery. Put the toasted liver rolls into the prepared broth and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
