Cooking Recipe
The draniki recipe is very simple. Grate washed and peeled potatoes on a fine grater or pass through a meat grinder, as well as onions. Add beaten eggs, sour cream, soda, flour to potatoes and onions and mix thoroughly. Let the mass brew a little, about 5 minutes.
Take the prepared dough with a tablespoon and spread it on a preheated pan. Fry draniki on both sides in vegetable oil, covered with a lid. Serve hot with sour cream.
