The recipe for potato roll with eggs and onions is very simple. Boil the potatoes in their skins, and then, while it is still warm, peel and rub through a sieve or through a meat grinder. Add egg, flour or starch to mashed potatoes and knead the dough, but not very steep.
For the filling, boil the eggs, chop and mix with finely chopped and fried onions. Roll out the potato dough into a layer 2 cm thick, put the minced meat in the middle and roll it into a roll.
Put the prepared roll on a greased baking sheet, grease with a beaten egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, make a few punctures and put in the oven. Bake potato roll at 200°C (390°F) for 40-45 minutes.
