Potato pies with cabbage – a recipe for cooking a Belarusian cuisine, so that the dough does not fall apart, the potatoes must be dried after boiling.

Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Vegetable Oil 100 ml
Butter 100 g

Cooking Recipe

In order to prepare a recipe for the Belarusian cuisine potato pies with cabbage, peel and boil the potatoes until tender. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and dry the potatoes. Mashed potatoes from hot potatoes, add an egg, salt and mix.

Finely chop the cabbage, salt and fry in a little vegetable oil.

Fry the finely chopped onion separately.

Mix the fried onions with the stewed cabbage and raw egg.

Make tortillas from the potato mass, put the cabbage filling in the center of each tortilla, pinch and shape the pies. Roll the pies in flour and fry in vegetable oil. When serving, pour over the potato cabbage pies with melted butter.
