To prepare recipe Belarusian cuisine egg roll with potatoes, beat milk with 8 eggs, add flour and beat well.

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. After the potatoes, salt, pepper, mix with a raw egg.

Grease a baking dish, pour in the omelet mixture and bake in the oven at 180°C (355°F) for 5-7 minutes. Transfer the finished omelette to a board, put a layer of potatoes on top and roll up.

Return the egg roll to the tin, seam side down, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil and bake in a preheated 180°C (355°F) oven for 2-3 minutes. Ready egg roll cut approximately 1.5-2 cm thick, pour over melted butter, sprinkle with chopped herbs and bring to the table.
