Millet 1.5 cups
Onion 3 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Butter 1 tbsp
Sour Cream 3 tbsp

For the potato millet casserole recipe, peel the potatoes, boil in salted water, and then rub through a sieve. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Mix mashed potatoes with millet porridge, fried onions, eggs and butter.

Put the prepared mass into a greased form, smooth and grease with sour cream. Cook potato millet casserole in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 20-30 minutes and serve hot form.
