Recipe Ingredients

Beets 500 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Wheat Flour 4 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Sour Cream 3 tbsp
Parsley 1 bunch

Cooking Recipe

For baked beet and eggs, boil or bake beets in the oven, peel and cut into thin strips. Bread the prepared beets in flour, and then fry in butter.

Beat eggs and combine with sour cream, pepper and salt. Pour the prepared mixture into the beets and put in the oven. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 20-25 minutes. When serving baked beet and eggs, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
