Stuffed potatoes is cooked very quickly and simply. To begin, peel the potatoes. Cut off the top a little, it will imitate the lid. After cutting out the middle of the tuber, leaving the wall of the potato about half a centimeter. Remove the skin from the sausages and stuff the prepared potatoes with them.

Melt the butter in a deep frying pan, brown the stuffed potatoes and lids. As soon as the potatoes are browned, salt, pepper, add a little water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Ready stuffed potatoes sprinkle with herbs and serve.
