Liver with apples – very simple and at the same time interesting recipe for cooking beef liver. It is better to take apples, if not strangely sweet and fragrant, they go very well with beef liver.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. In a pan with the remaining fat from the liver, fry the apple slices for about 3 minutes. Liver salt, pepper, put apple slices, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve warm. You can serve stewed or boiled potatoes as a side dish.
