For the guruli recipe, wash the chicken or turkey carcass, dry it and cut into pieces. Transfer the poultry pieces to a preheated pan and fry until golden brown in a mixture of melted butter and cut fat from the chicken.

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken 1.5 kg
Red Wine 250 g
Onion 2 pcs
Walnut 3 tbsp
Cilantro 1 bunch
Parsley 1 bunch

Cooking Recipe

For the guruli recipe, wash the chicken or turkey carcass, dry it and cut into pieces. Transfer the poultry pieces to a preheated pan and fry until golden brown in a mixture of melted butter and cut fat from the chicken.

Transfer the fried pieces to a saucepan, add the onion cut into rings and spices ground with salt. Finely chop the greens and mix with crushed nuts and vinegar.

Pour the prepared sauce into a saucepan with pieces of poultry, pour in the wine, mix, cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve guruli hot.
