To cook the recipe from Kashevar spaghetti with mushrooms and arugula, finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil. Mushrooms cut in half or into slices and add to the onion.
Fry until the mushrooms are ready, and then add the tomatoes cut into slices, or whole, if using cherry tomatoes, mix, cover and remove from heat. Tomatoes should not soften, they only need to be warmed up.
Pour spaghetti into boiling salted water and boil. Put the finished spaghetti on the prepared dish, put the mushroom sauce on top, then put the arugula, sprinkle with crumbled cheese, pepper and serve.
