Coffee liqueur – if you think that coffee liqueur cannot be made at home, you are wrong. A minimum of products, a minimum of actions, and in 20 minutes the coffee liqueur will be ready. However, in order for all the products to combine and create that unrepeatable taste and aroma, the liqueur must be kept in a dark place for at least 2 weeks. This liqueur can be added to milkshakes or poured over ice cream. Or you can just enjoy the end of the festive evening and serve it as a sweet. You can store such a liqueur for 90 days.

Alcohol 96,7% 250 ml
Sugar 450 ml

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for coffee liqueur is very simple. First you need to brew coffee. Pour coffee into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add sugar, stir and put on low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. And then cool.

When the coffee with sugar has cooled, pour into a jar. Next, pour alcohol into a jar of coffee and mix well.

Do not pour liqueur into bottles at once, let it settle in a jar with a tight lid. The thing is that after a couple of weeks a sediment forms at the bottom of the can, if you pour it directly into the bottles, the sediment at the bottom of the bottle will not look very presentable. By gently tilting the can, pour the liquor into the bottles. The residue with sediment can be filtered through cotton pads.
