Pepperoni pizza is based on bell peppers, as its name suggests. Lightly fried sweet peppers with onions, combined with smoked cheese - and the whole family is happy.

Recipe Ingredients

For Dough
Wheat Flour 250 g
Water 150 ml
Olive Oil 1.5 tbsp
Dry Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 pinch
Salt 1 pinch
For Filling
Bell Pepper 600 g
Onion 300 g

Cooking Recipe

For pepperoni pizza, you first need to prepare the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water and mix with sugar, salt and olive oil. Gradually add flour to knead elastic dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in heat for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the onion and pepper into squares and lightly fry in vegetable oil, then salt and pepper.

Roll out the risen dough, put the fried onions and peppers on top. Top pizza peperoni with grated cheese, drizzle with vegetable oil and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.
