Minestrone – light Italian vegetable soup. Minestrone can be served hot or cold.
Add green beans, followed by chopped tomatoes, peeled and seeds. After 2 minutes, add pepper and cauliflower. Salt, pepper, add pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Pour minestrone into bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs.
