Recipe Ingredients

Tomatoes 1 kg
Garlic 3 cloves
Hot Pepper 0,5 pcs
Basil 1 bunch
Anchovy 2-3 pcs
Olive Oil 4-5 tbsp
Bread 4-5 slices
Water 1 cup

Cooking Recipe

To cook the recipe of Jamie Oliver's tomato soup, wash the tomatoes, make an incision crosswise and pour boiling water over them. After draining the water, pour the tomatoes with cold water, remove the peel and squeeze the juice with the seeds.

Finely chop the garlic and pepper, cut the stems from the basil. Finely chop the basil stalks as well.

Put the pan on the fire, pour in the oil, add garlic, pepper, mix. Then add lightly crushed tomatoes, anchovies and basil stalks.

Boil the soup over medium heat for 5 minutes, and then add the crumb of bread to the soup, there should be as much bread as there are tomatoes. Then add water, salt and pepper.

Mix everything, add olive oil, basil leaves and mix well again. Serve tomato soup as soon as it is cooked.
