Cheese pudding is Jamie Oliver's recipe. Why cottage cheese? Because after baking, the pudding takes on the appearance of a curd mass, which practically follows from the pudding. Cottage cheese pudding can be cooked in one mold or divided into several molds and served directly into them.

Recipe Ingredients

Butter 110 g
Sugar 230 g
Lemon 2 pcs
Eggs 4 pcs
Milk 270 ml
Wheat Flour 110 g
Jam 2-4 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook the recipe of Jamie Oliver curd pudding, add sugar or powdered sugar, vanilla, grated lemon zest to softened butter. Whisk everything well.

After that, add one yolk to the pudding dough, beat well and gradually pour in the milk, lemon juice and sifted flour.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the main mixture.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Put jam on the bottom of the greased form - we have this melon jam.

Pour the prepared dough into the mold. Place the pan with the dough in a large pan or in a deep baking dish half filled with water and heat to 230°C (450°F) for 30-40 minutes.

Ready puding should be with a beautiful baked crust and curd, tender mass in the middle.
