Cooking Recipe

Heat the liquid from under the olives, add mustard seeds, bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns and bring to a boil. While the onion is marinating, prepare the pizza dough. Dilute the yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar, butter, mix and gradually add the sifted flour. Knead a smooth dough and put in heat for 1 hour.

Put the pickled onions in a preheated pan with marinade and fry it until soft. After the pizza dough is suitable, roll out a thin circle, grease with tomato sauce, put the fried onions and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cut the meat off the wings and spread over the pizza. Remove the seeds and membranes from the pepper, cut thinly and put on pizza. Cut the olives in half and also spread over the pizza. Then transfer the chicken pizza to a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 200°C (390°F). Bake pizza with smoked chicken and pickled onions for 25-30 minutes, and then cut into pieces and serve.
