Cooking Recipe

The recipe for bilberries cookies is very simple. Rinse blueberries, sort and dry. Mix flour with powdered sugar and sift. Peel the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Grate cold butter and quickly mix with flour, powdered sugar, lemon juice, zest and bilberries. While mixing, you need to crush the bilberries with your hands. Turn the dough out onto a board and knead, then wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

After the time has elapsed, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out with a rolling pin about 3 mm thick. Cut out flowers, butterflies or other figures from their dough.

Transfer the prepared liver to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in preheated to 160°C (320°F). Bake the Bilberries Cookies for 25 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
