For the Swedish apple pie with cinnamon recipe, grind butter with sugar (200g). In a mixture of sugar and butter, beat the egg and beat, then add flour with baking powder and grind everything into crumbs.
Pour milk into the crumbs and, using a mixer, beat everything into a homogeneous mass, until the lumps completely disappear. Pour the prepared dough into a mold greased with butter.
Cut apples into slices and dip each slice in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Lay the apples on the dough, sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture on top and place in the oven. Bake Swedish apple pie at 180°C (355°F) for 40 minutes.
