Cold pie with pistachios – an English cuisine recipe, the pie does not need to be baked and cook well in hot weather.

- Shortbread cookies 300 g
- Cherry 150 g
- Pistachios 200 g
- Coconut flakes 50 g
- Dark chocolate 400 g
- Butter 200 g
- Honey 3 tbsp

For a British recipe, cold pistachio pie, cover the baking pan with cling film so that the edges of the film hang down. Chop the chocolate and mix with sliced butter and honey. Put the chocolate and butter in a water bath until completely melted and until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
In a separate bowl, combine the coconut flakes, crumbled cookies, cherries and pistachios. Mix the melted mass with the rest of the ingredients, and then transfer to the prepared form.
