For the sangza recipe, lightly beat the eggs with milk, add a little salt, pour in the melted and cooled butter, mix, and, gradually adding flour, knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, cover and set aside for 30-40 minutes.

After settling, divide the dough into small balls, grease them with vegetable oil and stretch about 50 cm long, about the thickness of a pencil.

Fold each flagellum 3-4 times and twist into a spiral. Prepared sangza deep-fry until golden brown. When the sangza has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
