To cook the recipe for onion cookies, grind flour with butter into crumbs, add eggs, milk and salt.
Peel and grate the onion. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps of oil, and set aside for 30 minutes.
Transfer the prepared dough into a pastry bag and squeeze out in the form of a donut on a baking sheet. It is best to cover the baking sheet with baking paper, then it will be easier to remove the cookies. Place the formed onion cookies in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
