Tomatoes 200 g
Potatoes 150 g

Lamb 500 g
Onion 150 g

Cooking Recipe

For a recipe for such a dish as ugra chuchvara, it is necessary to knead the dough from flour, water, eggs and salt. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and divide into two halves. Cut thin noodles from one half of the dough, and cut out squares for dumplings from the other.

Scroll the meat and onion in a meat grinder, add the egg, salt, pepper and mix. Minced meat is also divided into two parts. Prepare dumplings from one part of minced meat, and form meatballs from the other.

Fry chopped onion in a deep saucepan, add chopped tomatoes or tomato paste. Then add diced potatoes and lightly fry. Pour in water, cover with a lid and cook until boiling.

After the water boils, put the dumplings. As soon as the dumplings float, add the meatballs. After the meatballs float, add the noodles. Mix everything and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. When serving ugra chuchvara sprinkle with chopped herbs.
