Yupka dehkan is a recipe for Uzbek cuisine. Yupka is prepared on the basis of onion infusion.

Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 500 g
Water 200 ml
Eggs 1 pcs
Onion 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the dehkan yupka recipe, finely chop the onion and pour warm water over it. After 30 minutes, drain the water into a separate bowl, squeeze the onion.

Beat eggs, add salt, onion extract and mix well. Then gradually add flour. The dough should be the consistency of sour cream.

Bake in the form of pancakes in vegetable oil. Serve dekhkan yupka hot and with sour cream.
