Cooking Recipe

The adjaruli recipe is very simple. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add salt, eggs, butter, sugar and flour. Knead the dough and set it aside for 1 hour.

When the dough is suitable, divide it into 10 parts, roll into a cake. Spread the grated cheese in an even layer on the tortilla.

Shape into a boat shape, place on an oiled baking sheet and bake at 220°C (430°F) for 15 minutes.

Then adjaruli pour egg on top and put a piece of butter, place again in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Until the protein becomes thick.
