Potato salad with tomatoes and cucumbers – a Georgian cuisine recipe, light and hearty summer salad. This salad will be very good as an independent dish or as an addition to a meat dish.

Potatoes 1 kg
Tomatoes 1 kg
Cucumbers 500 g
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1 pcs
Green Onions 2-3 pcs
Parsley 2-3 twigs
Dill 2-3 twigs

Cooking Recipe

To cook a Georgian cuisine recipe, potato salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, boil potatoes in a peel. Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into slices and mix with finely chopped herbs, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
