Quince with nuts and raisins – there are a lot of quince dishes and all of them can adequately qualify for the main dish. One of these recipes is stuffed quince, or as it can also be called quince dolma. For an even more interesting flavor, vanilla sugar can be added to the quince filling.

Quince 1 pcs
Walnut 80 g
Sugar 50 g
Raisins 1 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tsp

The recipe for quince with nuts and raisins is very simple. Cut off the top of the quince and, carefully so as not to damage the sides of the quince, cut out the core.

Grind nuts with sugar in a mortar, add milk, raisins and mix.

Transfer the mass of nuts and raisins to the cut-out recess in the quince and cover with the lid, which was previously cut off. Put the prepared quince in a saucepan, pour in water, up to the quince lid. Boil quince over low heat for 1 hour under the lid.

When the quince is soft, put it on a plate and pour over the sauce of quince broth, butter and the rest of the filling. Serve quince warm.
