Zucchini 400 g
Onion 100 g
Bacon 100 g
Cream 15% 130 g
Feta Cheese 150 g
Egg Yolk 80 g

Olive Oil 30 g

Cooking Recipe

The zucchini, bacon and feta tart recipe is very simple. Cut the bacon into small cubes, peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon and onion in it. When the onion becomes transparent, salt, remove from heat and cool.

Add the egg yolks to the cream and beat. Beat not hard, you just need to combine them into a homogeneous mass. Cut the zucchini into thin circles, it is better to do this with a mandolin.

Put the dough on the bottom of a greased form, prick with a fork and put in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F) for 15-20 minutes. After that, put chopped zucchini on the finished cake, then onion with bacon, feta and finely chopped greens.

Pour the filling with a mixture of cream and eggs. Cover the filling with a layer of chopped zucchini. Brush the zucchini with olive oil and place the tart in a preheated 180°C (355°F) oven.

Bake the tart for 40-45 minutes until the filling is firm. Ready tart to cool until warm, remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve warm or at room temperature.
