Cooking Recipe

The recipe for spicy zucchini filo pastry pieis very simple. First you need to prepare the filling. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in olive oil until transparent. In a deep container, mix onion, cottage cheese, finely chopped herbs and salt.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and place in a sieve to drain excess liquid. After 10 minutes, squeeze out the grated zucchini and mix with the curd mass. Add eggs, breadcrumbs and mix until smooth.

Grease a baking pan with melted butter, place a sheet of dough and grease again. Lay out two more sheets, greased with butter.

Next, add the prepared zucchini filling and smooth it out with a spatula. Cover the filling with dough and grease it with butter. Place two sheets of paper on top again, brushing with butter.

Brush the pie with butter and place in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F). Bake the zucchini pie for 45-50 minutes. Cool the finished pie until warm, cut into portions and serve.
