Recipe Ingredients

Champignons 300 g
Onion 1 pcs
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Ginger 1 cm
Ghee 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the bhuna achari kumbh recipe, rinse the mushrooms and, if large, cut.

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil with the addition of cumin. After 3-4 minutes, add mushrooms, chopped garlic, grated ginger, coriander, pepper and turmeric.

Lightly fry for about 2-3 minutes, and then add finely chopped peeled tomatoes. Salt and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Bhuna achari kumbh is served hot, topped with chopped cilantro.
