Stewed mushrooms with tomatoes – an Ukrainian cuisine recipe, a very simple and delicious hot appetizer, you can use any mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients

Mushrooms 250 g
Tomatoes 3-4 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Sour Cream 1 cup
Butter 50 g

Cooking Recipe

To cook an Ukrainian cuisine recipe stewed mushrooms with tomatoes, finely chop the onion and fry in oil.

Cut the mushrooms into wedges and add to the onion.

When the mushrooms are fried, add the tomatoes, cut into wedges.

Pour in sour cream, stir and simmer until the tomatoes are soft. Stewed mushrooms with tomatoes are served hot, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
