Sausage spiders - a recipe for Italian cuisine, very easy to prepare. And a minimum of products is used, puff pastry sausage and sesame seeds. You can cook these spiders with your children, it will be fun. Black sesame can be replaced with black olives, cut into small pieces.

The recipe for sausage spiders is very simple. Cut the puff pastry into strips, approximately 2 cm. After cutting it in half lengthwise, it is best to do this when the dough is slightly frozen.

Cut the sausages in half, then cut each half in half lengthwise. These will be the legs of the spiders, cut the edges of the sausages 3-4 times - these will be the fingers of the spiders.

Wrap the dough around the prepared sausages and make eyes out of sesame seeds. Brush the spiders with yolk and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (355°F). Bake for 20 minutes. Serve pauchki hot with ketchup and mayonnaise.
