Baked chickpeas – if you don’t know what to cook as a beer snack, you can try this recipe. The recipe is very simple and very easy to cook. You can use other spices for chickpeas that you like best. And if you don’t really want to bother with soaking and boiling chickpeas, you can always buy them already boiled, sprinkle with spices and bake.

The recipe for chickpeas in the oven is very simple. Rinse the chickpeas well, cover with cold water and leave overnight to swell. In the morning, rinse the chickpeas, cover with cold water and put on high heat. When the water boils, reduce the heat and cook the chickpeas until fully cooked. The chickpeas should be soft, but not fall apart.

When the chickpeas are ready, drain the water, sprinkle the chickpeas with spices, pour olive oil and mix. To make it more interesting in aroma and taste, you can use smoked paprika.

Line a baking tray with paper, spread the chickpeas with spices in a single layer and place in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes. Stir the chickpeas every 10 minutes.
