Turkey roll with cheese filling – fast, simple and easy. Various spices can be added to the oil with vegetables and herbs, to taste. You can also grate the turkey itself with spices.

Recipe Ingredients

Turkey Fillet 500-700 g
Hard Cheese 250-300 g
Butter 100 g
Parsley 0.5 bunch
Onion 1 pcs
Bell Pepper 1 pcs
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for a turkey roll with cheese filling is very simple. Spread the turkey fillet, if you need to beat it off to become thinner. Mix the softened butter with finely chopped onions, bell peppers, parsley, drizzle with lemon juice, salt and stir. Grate 100 g of cheese, cut the rest into cubes. Put prepared butter and a block of cheese on the fillet layer.

Roll the fillets into a roll and place them seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Season the fillet with salt and pepper. Cover the rolls with foil and place in an oven preheated to 250°C (480°F) for 40 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, remove the foil, sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and put in the oven again.

After 15-20 minutes, remove the rolls from the oven, or until the cheese is melted. Let the roll sit for 15 minutes, then cut and serve. Turkey roll with cheese filling is ready.
