Indian cuisine has a wide variety of chicken dishes. Chicken baked in milk sauce is one of the traditional dishes of India. Thanks to milk sauce and spices, chicken meat becomes juicy and fragrant.

The recipe for chicken baked in milk sauce is simple. Rinse chicken legs, salt, pepper, sprinkle with rosemary and set aside in the cold, for pickling.
Finely chop carrots and onions and fry in vegetable oil. Put marinated chicken legs on a greased baking sheet, fried onions and carrots on top. Pour sauce over everything. Bake at 200°C (390°F) 40-45 minutes.
To cook sauce for chicken, add egg, sour cream, garam masala, curry, flour to milk. Mix everything well.
