Meatloaf is an American cuisine recipe, this bread is made from a mixture of minced meat, pork and beef.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork Belly 400 g
Pork Loin 200 g
Onion 1 pcs
Eggs 1 pcs
Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
Canned Pineapples 2-4 slices
Butter 1 tbsp
Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
White Bread 100 g

Cooking Recipe

For the meatloaf recipe, cook minced meat from three types of meat. Finely chop the onion, chop the stale or slightly dried bread in the oven into small cubes, shake the egg. Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients, except for the pineapple - you should get a dense, but plastic mass. Form a loaf from the resulting mass, you can also place the mass in a mold, after covering it with baking paper.

Drizzle the prepared bread with vegetable oil and place in a preheated 180°C (355°F) oven. Bake meat loaf for 1 hour, and then put slices of pineapple on meat loaf, put pieces of butter on top of pineapples and bake for another 20 minutes. Baked meatloaf can be served hot or chilled, cut into portions.
