For the chicken pilaf recipe, rinse the treated chicken, put in a saucepan and cover with water. Add bay leaf, cloves and ground paprika to the chicken. Put the chicken in a saucepan over medium heat and cook for 45 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. After the chicken is completely cooked, it must be removed from the broth, cool, separate the meat from the bone and finely chop.
Rinse rice, dry and fry until transparent in half the butter. When the rice becomes transparent, pour in a liter of strained chicken broth, salt, pepper, add curry and raisins. Cover the rice with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then put the rice in a preheated 40°C (105°F) oven for 15 minutes and steam it.
In the remaining half of the butter, fry the chopped chicken meat. When the rice is cooked, mix it with the fried chicken meat. Serve chicken pilav hot.
