For the cauliflower & tomato stew recipe, disassemble the cabbage into florets, wash, salt, pour in lemon juice, sprinkle with red pepper and lightly fry in oil. Grate the onion, put it in hot oil and fry.
When the onion is fried, add chopped tomatoes, salt, sprinkle with black pepper and bring to a boil. Then put the fried cabbage, pour in water so that it covers the cabbage, and put it on medium heat. Stew cauliflower for 1-1.5 hours, until the liquid is reduced to thick sauce.
