Potato mushroom casserole is very easy and quick to cook. Cook mashed potatoes. Fry the mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil with the addition of butter.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out half of the mashed potatoes. On top of the mashed potatoes layer of mushrooms, cover everything with the second half of the potato. Brush the surface with egg and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180-200°C (355-390°F).
