Cooking Recipe

The recipe for cheese stuffed potatoes is simple and delicious. Peel potatoes, boil in salted water, dry, cut off the top and remove the middle. Mash the removed part of the potato and mix with softened butter, grated cheese, mayonnaise and egg yolks.

Stuff the potatoes with the prepared mass, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven. Bake cheese stuffed potatoes at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
