Vegetable stuffed bell peppers - a recipe of Moldavian cuisine, hard cheese can be replaced with feta cheese.

To cook the vegetable stuffed peppers recipe, the peppers must be washed and de-seeded and de-shelled.
In a separate bowl, mix finely chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic, finely chopped onion and dill. Then add grated celery, parsley root and cheese. Season everything with sour cream, salt, pepper and mix well.
Stuff the peppers with the resulting mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. When the stuffed peppers has cooled, cut it into quarters, sprinkle with dill and serve.
