Salmon pancakes is a recipe from Italian cuisine; it must be prepared in advance, and cut and placed on a plate before serving. If you don't like ricotta, you can replace it with regular cottage cheese with a more pronounced taste. If there is mint, be sure to add the taste to make it even brighter.

Milk 125 ml
Eggs 1 pcs
Butter 10 g
Nutmeg 1 pinch
Dill 1 twig

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for salmon pancakes is very simple. Beat the egg in a bowl and pour in the milk. Add melted, but not hot, butter, and then add flour. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.

While the dough is infusing, mix the ricotta with grated nutmeg and salt. Cut the fish into thin strips.

Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil and pour in a small amount of dough. Spread the dough over the surface of the frying pan and fry thin pancakes on both sides.

Cover the table with film, place blini on the film, overlapping them and grease them with ricotta. Place fish slices on top of the cheese, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and roll everything into a roll. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then cut and serve.
