Pancake with crab sticks and green onions – in the season of green onions, when they are elastic, juicy and crispy, prepare such a light and satisfying pancake. If you have a large frying pan, it is better to increase the amount of products, so that the onion covers the entire bottom of the pan. Crab sticks can be replaced with any seafood, the pancake will be even tastier.

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for pancake with crab sticks and green onions is very simple. Wash the onion, peel and cut it to the size of the frying pan. Beat the egg.

Mix flour with starch, salt and pepper. Gradually pour water into the dry mixture to make a liquid dough.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and ground hot pepper. Finely chop one green onion and add to the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix well. Set the sauce aside to infuse and combine all the flavors.

Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it well. Dip the prepared green onions into the dough. The dough should cover all the onions well. Put the onions in the dough on the heated frying pan in an even layer.

Cut the crab sticks into small pieces and place them in the dough just like the onion. Place the crab sticks on top of the onion layer and pour the remaining dough on top.

Cut hot pepper into rings and sprinkle it over crab sticks. Pour beaten egg on top. Fry pancake on medium heat on both sides for 6 minutes. When serving, pour previously prepared sauce over it.
