Soy milk with peanuts and sesame seeds (Duyu) – healthy and simple Korean food recipe. Cook milk for breakfast every day if you cook soybeans in advance. Soy milk is a mixture of beans and nuts that is high in fiber and protein. It has no milk at all, although it looks like a frothy latte and is very smooth and creamy. You can add any nuts you like to your soy milk, cashews, hazelnuts, or whatever. You can also add fresh cucumbers or sweet fruits. Soybeans can be soaked in larger quantities, used as much as needed, and the rest can be bagged and stored in the freezer.
